2. From the drop-down menu, select Add a New Listing.

3. Complete the necessary information and submit your listing for review.

Important Information Regarding Your Listing:

• Review Process: All new listings undergo a verification process to ensure validity.

• Approval Timeline: Please allow up to 48 business hours for your listing to be reviewed and published. Your property will not be live during this time.

• iCal Synchronization: The iCal integration feature will become available only after your listing has been approved. Once it is live, you can export the iCal link from our site to sync your calendar with other platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and more.

Please be advised that all payments are securely managed and processed directly through our system. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you update your payment details in the designated section of your profile, which is located directly beneath my profile.

1. Instant Book This is the fastest method. If a host has enabled “Instant Book” on their listing, you can book the place immediately without waiting for their approval. This process is instant and you will receive a booking confirmation right away.

2. Request to Book If a host has not enabled “Instant Book,” you will need to send them a reservation request. The host has 24 hours to either approve or decline your request. If they do not respond within that timeframe, the request will expire.
