Walk of the Eland is a cluster villa located on the Zebula Golf and Wildlife Estate, which is situated on 1600 hectares of African bushveld in the Waterberg Mountain Range shadows. The estate offers various amenities, including a golf course and a nature reserve. The cluster villa consists of three separate thatched cottages and an enclosed entertainment lapa. The lapa features a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and bar overlooking a boma with a fire-pit, creating a cozy outdoor setting.
Each of the three self-catering cottages can accommodate up to four guests. The cottages are equipped for self-catering, meaning guests can prepare their own meals. Here’s a breakdown of the cottages:
UNIT 1 – KUDU:
Sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and the other with just a shower.
UNIT 2 – ELAND:
Sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds
Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a shower.
UNIT 3 – NYALA:
Sleeping arrangements: 2 Queen beds
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and the other with just a shower.
Each cottage is equipped with a small kitchenette containing cutlery, crockery, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a microwave, fridge/freezer, lounge area, and a TV. Additionally, each cottage has an outdoor patio area.
The shared Lapa features a bar and a full kitchen with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, oven, stove, kettle, and fridge/freezer. Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast counter or the dining room table. The lounge area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with the DSTV Premium Package, providing entertainment options. The Lapa also includes a fire-pit, creating a perfect atmosphere for evening gatherings under the stars.
Undercover parking is available for guests’ convenience, and cleaning services are included, except on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and public holidays. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
Given the limited availability of shops and stores in the area, it is recommended that guests stock up on supplies in Bela-Bela before arriving at the villa.
